These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of GearPix ("Service") provided by FunkyBits ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
Users must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Use of the service starts with a free trial of one month of the Premium plan.
If you decide to subscribe at any time during the free trial your paid subscription starts at the end of the free trial.
If you subscribe for a Basic plan any Premium features will not be available. Consult section 7 to understand how it works.
Service is billed on a subscription basis.
The subscription fee will remain fixed during the initial term of your subscription (unless you upgrade products) and for a duration of minimum two years after your initial subscription.
After this period, upon renewal, we may increase your subscription fees up to our then-current list price.
Users are allowed to switch between plans at the end of their subscription period. In case of a downgrade, consult section 7 to understand how it works.
You may choose to cancel your subscription at your convenience provided that, we will not provide any refunds of prepaid fees or unused subscription fees.
The service will then be usable until your subscription ends.
Once in read-only mode you data will be accessible in the apps, website and plugin but not editable.
You will also be able to delete your account and your data at this time.
You can switch from a Premium plan to a Basic plan at the end of subscription period.
The following then applies:
- All your projects versions are available but you can't create more.
- Any additional users are in read-ony mode and can't create projects, add pictures etc.
- "One user" means one user using the service at any given time. If more than one user use the same account (meaning one set of login & password) we may decide to terminate your account.
You can subscribe to the Premium plan to have up to five users.
- This service is strictly for audio professionals and by using the service you agree to only use it for projects and pictures related to audio and music.
Breach of this agreement may result in account termination.
